MakeShift is an online employee scheduling app, using a 'people-first approach'. It is a complete web and mobile solution that is intuitively designed to build schedules, track time and attendance and enable communication between staff and their management.
MakeShift is looking for a talented and motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth by hunting for new business opportunities and building a pipeline of potential customers, as well as nurturing relationships with partners to drive leads. You will get to work with a passionate and supportive team, but most importantly you will play an integral role in the next stage of our growth story.
Generate revenue by executing MakeShift’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy with partners.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to qualifying, selling, and closing new business.
Identify potential leads via networking, cold calling, e-mailing, trade shows, marketing events, social selling, and/or other sources and develop relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, and/or other business or social gatherings.
Build and maintain relationships with partners like ADP to drive leads and increase revenue.
Track and document all interactions in CRM.
Work with the internal product, client success, marketing, and support teams to exceed the client’s expectations to earn and maintain the client’s trust.
Promote and facilitate the development of communication and marketing campaigns.
Stay current on all market and competitive developments.
Be a subject matter expert on scheduling for our targeted industries.
Provide regular updates to management on sales activity and pipeline progress.
Grit, initiative, and perseverance.
5+ years of sales experience selling B2B SaaS with a strong bias towards hunting and building pipeline.
Experience in business development with a focus on HR solutions, namely scheduling and time.
Experience with sales pursuit management, lead generation, deal qualification, and deal shaping.
Experience with HubSpot CRM and sales tools.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
English required. French a bonus.
